We shop from time to time at Klines in Ocean Beach. I am sending this story for publication because Matt, the owner, is the nicest fellow and fairest merchant I have ever met. We recently purchased a skim board from the store at his recommendation and the product turned out to be faulty. KnowingIhow returns are on Fire island I was wondering if anything at all would be done upon our return to the store. Well, to my surprise, Matt not only returned our money but gave our daughter another skim board free. He is an amazing person and I must say has won us and our children over with his kindness. What a pleasant, thoughtful and caring person.
