2:50 a.m. There was a complaint of an Asian male causing a disturbance and possibly a theft in front of 512 Bayberry Walk.
11:10 a.m. D. Lieber reported that his father was missing and may have boarded a 10:50 a.m. ferry to Bay Shore. An investigation revealed that Lieber's father was not on the 10:50 a.m. ferry to Bay Shore but on the 11:50 a.m. ferry to Ocean Beach.
June 25
11:27 a.m. Officers Albanese and Battista were at Ocean Beach Village Court with Richard Ali, who was remanded on $1,000 bail for violating a restraining order.
1:10 p.m. Officer Battista departed to transport Ali to Great River in Suffolk County Police Department's Marine Bureau Juliet to meet the Suffolk County Sheriff Department officers who transported Ali to the Suffolk County Jail.
2:20 p.m. Officers responded to a male reportedly drinking beer on the beach between Surf and Wilmot Roads.
June 26
12:20 a.m. Officer Battista issued a summons to Jack Murta McKenn and Joshua Michael Tunn for having fraudulent IDs.
12:40 a.m. S. Pimataza was injured in a fight in front of Houser's. The EMS was notified and responded. Officers brought Alexsandr Sertt into police headquarters. He was later released without incident.
2:05 a.m. Officers responded to a disturbance at the water taxi terminal.
4:30 a.m. Drunk people throwing garbage pails near Surf Road and Midway was reported. Officers responded.
3:20 p.m. D. Kip reported people were eating on the beach near Ocean Breeze Walk.
June 27
1:21 a.m. A complainant reported a couple was arguing at the Castaway Bar.
June 28
10:18 a.m. The U.S. Coast Guard and SCPD Marine Juliet recovered a boat from the Ocean Beach Marina in Dunewood.
4:11 p.m. SCPD notified the department of a violent domestic dispute on Ontario Walk in Ocean Bay Park. The SCPD Marine Bureau confiscated a Colt reproduction revolver.
June 30
9 a.m. Officer Dobies reported that he observed Richard Ali riding a bike eastbound on Midway at Bayberry Walk in the vicinity of Chief Hesse's residence.
9:07 a.m. Officer Beyer reported that she observed Richard Ali riding a bike west bound on Midway at Bayberry Walk in the vicinity of Chief Hesse's residence.
12:05 p.m. Officer Shore reported a handrail was missing from the overpass at Ocean Road.
1:35 p.m. Officer Beyer advised Richard Ali of the conditions of the order of protection issued to Chief Hesse.
1:51 p.m. A kitchen fire was reported at 860 Ocean View Walk. The Ocean Beach Fire Department was notified, but officers found the complaint unfounded.
July 1
12:15 pm. S. Hirsch reported aggravated harassment at the Island Mermaid.
July 2
1:15 a.m. There was a reported disturbance in front of Matthew's where people were throwing water and beer at a group of girls.
11:10 a.m. A dispute at 47 Ocean Road between the landlord's representative and S. Howard was reported.
3:20 p.m. J. Pohl reported a loud party at 890 Evergreen Walk. Officer Becher issued a summons to Lisa J. Morello for renting without a valid rental permit.
3:25 p.m. Officer Albanese issued a summons to Alejandra Pulido, Jennifer P. Gold and Joseph F. Iannello for transient rental and renting without a permit.
8:30 p.m. There was a report of an intoxicated bike rider who collided with a pedestrian.
10:02 p.m. Officers responded to a report of fireworks on the beach off Bungalow Walk.
July 3
12:29 a.m. Officers responded to a disturbance of a man trying to hurt himself in front of Bocce Beach.
10:45 a.m. There were numerous reports of a power outage on Ocean Breeze Walk from Midway to the beach. Bayberry Walk was also affected. The Long Island Power Authority was notified.
2:50 p.m. F. Kirtzman reported a dog bite in front of 117 Bungalow Walk.
3:14 p.m. C. Gantcher reported a child at the overpass at Ocean Breeze Walk. The child was later reunited with a family member.
11:00 p.m. Officer Clemmens issued a summons to Zoe S. Berger for possession of multiple valid licenses.
11:05 p.m. Officer Brennan issued a summons to Steve Rivera for using a fake ID to purchase alcohol.
July 4
5:52 a.m. Officers issued summonses to Christopher Drake for swimming in the ferry basin.
8:30 p.m. Officer Clemmens issued summonses to Daniel T. Trapanotto, Ryan K. Sanders, Chistopher Rathbun, Keith W. Madocks, Joseph A. Braccioforte and Ethan M. Smith for littering on the beach. Officer Muller issued summonses to Kyle A. Shevlin, Kyle P. Harris and Keith Kirschenheiter for littering on the beach.
9:02 p.m. Officer Muller arrested Daniel M. Ramos for marijuana possession.
10:02 p.m. A caller reported a large group of youths at the Fire Island School.
11:05 p.m. An anonymous caller reported fireworks on the beach between Wilmot and Surf Roads.
July 5
1:40 a.m. P. Grupe called the station looking for his daughter.
3:50 a.m. Officers responded to a suspicious person trespassing at Rachel's Bakery.
4:04 a.m. An anonymous complainant reported fireworks on the beach at Cottage Walk. Officers responded and found the complaint unfounded.
4:45 a.m. Another anonymous caller reported fireworks on the beach at Cottage Walk.
July 8
2:52 p.m. M. Lindberg reported a possible shoplifter at Kline's. Officers responded.
11:42 p.m. A drunk woman was reported at Town Pizza.
July 9
7:15 a.m. An anonymous caller reported a dead dolphin on the beach at Cottage Walk.
8:15 a.m. The Riverhead Foundation notified the police and said it would make arrangements to remove the dolphin from the beach. The animal was removed two hours later.
1:45 p.m. Beach detail was suspended due to a high tide. All officers were redeployed to the bike patrol.
2:10 p.m. A temporary order of protection was issued to Brandon J. Cummings to stay away from J. Roche after a fight outside the Island Mermaid on June 19.
3:15 p.m. Officer Becher reported that lifeguards were closing the beach due to the high tide and dangerous surf. Chief Hesse was notified.
3:42 p.m. Officer Becher reported the beach had been reopened with the exception of the stretch around Surfview Walk.
4:50 p.m. A caller at 27 Bungalow Walk reported three females were possibly drinking alcohol from red cups in front of her house.
6:55 p.m. An anonymous caller reported a boat in the marina was taking on water.
10:40 p.m. Officer Brennan issued a summons to Michael J. Cella for possessing a fraudulent ID while underage.
11:10 p.m. An unknown person left The Landing without paying their bill.
11:20 p.m. Officers responded to a report a highly intoxicated 15-year-old girl in front of 464 Dehnhoff Walk.
July 10
12:10 a.m. Officer Brennan issued a summons to Andrew Glass for possessing a fraudulent ID while underage.
1 a.m. Dispatcher Marino reported kids were banging on the door at 318 Wilmot Walk.
6:55 p.m. C. Cruse reported residents of 244 Cottage Walk were throwing water balloons at passers-by from the roof deck.
July 11
1:20 p.m. A woman reported a white man in his late 30s with blonde hair, a white visor and backpack harassed and groped her at the beach and Cottage Walk. The victim said the man's first name was possibly Raymond.
5:20 p.m. B. Kushner called about landlord/tenant issue.
July 12
2:45 a.m. Suffolk Command reported a missing swimmer in the ocean at Cottage Walk and the beach.
July 13
4 a.m. A carbon monoxide and fire alarm was reported at 57 Ocean Road. M. Kronevselv was standing outside with his daughter and was found with no symptoms of poisoning.
July 15
9:05 a.m. A. Keen attempted to locate his daughter in Ocean Beach. Officers responded.
10:45 p.m. Officer Klokel issued a summons to Michael Racanelli for possessing a fraudulent ID while underage.
11:25 p.m. Officer Muller issued a summons to Kyle R. Fricke for possessing a fraudulent ID while underage.
July 16
10:30 p.m. A disturbance was reported at the Ocean Beach Marina.
July 17
11:15 a.m. Officers responded to an incident at the Ocean Beach Marina involving boats owned by J. Rogers.
July 18
3:25 p.m. Officer Beyer assisted SCPD's Marine Bureau in responding to a violent domestic dispute at 128 Clipper Road in Corneille Estates.
In addition to the above; 47 noise complaints, 39 open container violations, 32 disturbances, 27 injuries reported, 25 public urination violations, 19 lost or stolen property reported, 14 found or returned property, 13 fights, seven cart violations, seven bike violations, six garbage violations, five property damage reports, four litter violations, three trespassing reports, three fire alarms reported, three reports of public intoxication, three reports of eating on the beach, three fights in front of Town Pizza, three reports of underage drinking, two reports of illegal docking, one construction violation and one rental investigation were reported.
